Having successfully launched our new portal and product in October 2021, we are excited to see such an overwhelmingly positive response from advisers. Since all new business is now being directed to Acclaim Super, we wanted to provide some helpful tips and reminders.
Haven’t registered yet as an Adviser or Paraplanner?
Registering for AMG Online is simple, but you need your new adviser code to login which was emailed to you in October 2021. If you do not have your adviser code, please inform your distribution contact, or reply to this email.
Account opening tip
Acclaim Super accounts can be opened through the new portal. To access application forms for signing by clients, click the <Application forms> link on the Pre-Submission Documentation page at the end of the ‘Create New Client’ process as per the screenshot below:

Bank statements required for all new Acclaim Pension accounts
Our new portal provides improved functionality to service your clients who are in pension phase. Through your adviser access you can trigger a withdrawal on behalf of your client, providing it is being transferred to the same bank account we have on file. For this reason, as part of the account opening process, we require a bank statement to be uploaded with the application form for verification purposes.
