AMG Super will look to provide the following communications electronically, via your online account.
- Product Disclosure Statements
- Annual Statements
- Disclosures regarding material changes and significant events
- Additional product information
How I access my online account?
You previously requested access to your online account but your log on credentials have since become inactive. You can reactivate your account by requesting to reset your password online by clicking below:
You will be asked to enter your member number, which can be located at the top of this email. Once you navigate past this page, you will be sent an email to reactivate your account. Click on the link in this email and then enter the special code that will be sent to you via SMS text message. Finally enter your new password and you’re on your way.
If you have any difficulty in resetting your password, please call us on 1300 264 264 to have your password sent to you via email.
Once you’ve registered for your online access, simply visit www.amgsuper.com.au to login to your account. We will notify you via email when your annual statement and any other communication becomes available on your account.
What if I prefer communication via post?
If you do not want to receive communications electronically (e.g. you would prefer the hard copy posted to you), please reply to this email and confirm your postal address. Please note that if you do not confirm your postal address in your reply, your request for a paper statement cannot be completed and we will continue to communicate with you electronically.
