AMG Super has always had client service as a key objective and that maintains. We are taking a sensible approach to COVID-19 based on the information of experts to ensure the well being of our staff, customers and also to ensure continuity of service.
We recognise our responsibilities to our staff, our clients and to the general community. We have asked our staff where possible to work remotely out of the office.
Please be assured that although we have converted to working remotely, our commitment is to try and achieve the least disruption given the difficult circumstances we face. Our goal is to maintain all standards across the business and ensure that your AMG Super contacts remain accessible via email and phone.
As always your AMG Super BDMs are available to help in any way possible, including answering questions or assisting with some of the logistical issues that may arise with both advisers and clients increasingly working from home.
